This may be due to several reasons:

  • Internet connection problem
  • Internet browser problem
  • Problem with your photo file

We recommend filling in the form using a computer (i.e. not a smartphone or tablet) with a high-speed Internet connection (e.g. ADSL or cable). We’ve been told that smartphones can cause problems due to their integrated spell-check function. Similarly, using a USB 3G Internet connection can make it difficult to send photos to the server as the quality of the connection is too unstable.

Please ensure that you use an up-to-date Internet browser as otherwise certain functions may not work properly. For example, we’ve received feedback from several candidates indicating that old models of Mac computers, which did not have a recent version of Safari, were not able to submit photos and therefore did not work. In this case, the only solution is to use a more recent computer. We recommend using the latest versions of Google Chrome, Safari, Opera or Firefox. All these Internet browsers are free.

If you have a problem with your photo file: In this case, make sure that you use the requested format (JPG), that the size of the file is under the requested size (10 MB) and that the size of the photo is less than 5,000 pixels on each side of the photo.

If you want to send several photos, we recommend sending them one after the other, and saving your application before sending a new photo.
