Q110EN - The certificate awarded contains a mistake in my name

The name on your certificate of artistic achievement is the same name on your application.

2 possibilities:

• You indicated an artist name in your administrative profile. In this case the certificate is issued to this artist name.
• You did not indicate an artist name in your administrative profile. In this case, the certificate is issued to your first name followed by your last name, as indicated in your profile.

If your artist name, your first name, or your last name contain errors, you can easily correct these errors in your candidate area and download your certificate again.

Please note that issuing a certificate to a new name automatically deactivates the old version of the certificate. In this case, the QR code of the old certificate will indicate that the old certificate is not valid.

Any misuse automatically blocks the creation of a new certificate for the year in question.
